About Me

My purpose is to help others win in whatever capacity they are looking to “win” in. We are all looking for areas in our own lives to improve so that we can approach life feeling more successful and at ease when our heads hit the pillow each night. How did I find passion/purpose in this? I live through it. Each year, I reevaluate where I am “going” and what areas I have let sit stagnant or areas I have settled with “good enough.” Once I figure out and reflect on what areas of my life need a little more attention (this is something I study, pray over, and ask those closest to me to point out any gaps I am not unaware of on my own) – I pray for those gaps to be revealed so that I can clearly see what areas I can pursue excellence. Then, I create a plan of attack. I help (teach/coach) by seeking wisdom, gaining knowledge, and developing a plan to better my skills. These tools allow me to strengthen myself yet help me gain a massive advantage in assisting others to figure out the areas of growth and improvement they are also looking to reach.

I am a teacher by trade, which in the health and wellness industry means I am a coach, helper, and impactor who adds inspiration and belief into my clients’ days, weeks, months, and years until they have all the tools they need to be fully equipped for any undertaking. I am not your normal health and wellness gal. I do things differently; I link arms with you, come alongside you, and learn how you operate daily. I listen to you, learn your strengths and weaknesses, and help you develop a plan to become the healthiest version of yourself inside and out. Together, we discuss your days, your schedule, and the depths of your goals. After I know the heart behind the desire to approach life differently based on the time spent communicating, we set up a plan of attack to reach those goals in a healthy way, AKA “operation dominate.”

I am not looking for thousands of clients at a time; I spend intentional time speaking with them to ensure they see sustainable changes, feel coached, and are capable even in the thick of their busy schedules and a plate full of life. Hiring me as your health and wellness coach means me doing life right alongside you, helping you, and believing in you every step, knowing that we can overcome any obstacle together.
